Guided Meditation - Coming Home to Caring for Ourselves


We spend most of our lives living externally - outside of ourselves, with our attention on our work, other people, news and media — there are all kinds of forces out there keeping us away from our true selves.

Take a few moments to slow down the breath, tune into the sensations in the body, and begin to show some care for yourself. When we practice connecting to and caring for ourselves, we can fill our own cup, so that we can go out and care for others and care for the earth.
